Choose your county on the map, then check the named provider and its city or ZIP service area. A county referral is a starting point; it does not establish eligibility at your address.
Bill assistance, crisis assistance and weatherization are different services. Some counties use separate providers for bills and home improvements.
Funding is limited. Meeting an income guideline or receiving help in a previous year does not guarantee a payment. Continue to contact your utility about payment arrangements and disconnection.
Check current application channels before visiting. Some providers accept only online or mailed applications; telephone hours, public visits and appointment times can differ.

Program benefits vary greatly from state to state. Qualifying in another state does not guarantee that you will automatically be able to qualify or receive the same level of assistance in Florida.
