- After you register and log in, you can submit a DRP – Base Application. This helps us understand your project and tell you what permit(s) you need. Read the apply online instructions for more information. You will also need the required documents, including the owner acknowledgement form, ready to upload. After you file the base application, you will receive an RPAP number. This will convert to an RPPL number once the application is accepted.
