To view a live Board Meeting, click on the right-facing blue arrow video icon corresponding to the meeting date. The minimum system requirements for watching videos are Google Chrome (Android 8+ and latest 3 major desktop versions), Mozilla Firefox (latest 3 major desktop versions), Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based, latest 3 major desktop versions; Android 8+), Apple Safari (latest 3 major versions on macOS; iOS 15+) and Opera (latest 3 major desktop versions.). To sign up to speak at a Board of Supervisors meeting, click the ‘Register’ link next to the meeting agenda. This will take you to the Board’s Speaker Portal, where you can register online to participate either in person or remotely. Please note: The registration portal opens one hour before the meeting begins. For guidance, we’ve created two informational videos covering both in-person and remote participation.
