The Board of Supervisors oversees the management of County government and many special districts. The Board's legislative and executive activities are conducted at public meetings with certain personnel and legal matters discussed in closed sessions. Board meetings are held at the County Administration North building at 400 W. Civic Center Drive, in Santa Ana.

The minimum system requirements for watching videos are Google Chrome (Android 8+ and latest 3 major desktop versions), Mozilla Firefox (latest 3 major desktop versions), Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based, latest 3 major desktop versions; Android 8+), Apple Safari (latest 3 major versions on macOS; iOS 15+) and Opera (latest 3 major desktop versions.). To sign up to speak at a Board of Supervisors meeting, click the ‘Register’ link next to the meeting agenda. This will take you to the Board’s Speaker Portal, where you can register online to participate either in person or remotely.
