- Bill assistance, crisis assistance and weatherization are different services. Some counties use separate providers for bills and home improvements.
- Funding is limited. Meeting an income guideline or receiving help in a previous year does not guarantee a payment. Continue to contact your utility about payment arrangements and disconnection.
- Check current application channels before visiting. Some providers accept only online or mailed applications; telephone hours, public visits and appointment times can differ.
