Before you start

• Choose your county for its local programme page and contacts. Use the purpose shown for each application, provider or payroll contact.
• CDSS instructions and state forms are shared across counties. The county assesses eligibility, care needs and authorized hours.
• Provider enrollment is separate from a recipient application. A parent-provider arrangement for a minor depends on the IHSS subprogramme.
• Visitor locations and mailing addresses are listed separately. Confirm appointments and current hours with the programme before travelling.
