The Community Development Agency's Parcel & Services Map Viewer lists a county zoning layer and overlay zones. These GIS layers are distinct from Assessor maps: the Assessor's separate FAQ says its maps are not available online. The viewer also contains city and other agency reference layers, which do not transfer their authority to the county.

In particular, these maps are NOT based on legal property boundaries.
