All deeds, quitclaim deeds, mortgages, or deeds of trust being recorded must now include clearly list all associated Assessor’s Parcel Numbers (APN) on the first page of all applicable documents submitted for recording.

Deadlines · Qualified eRecording submitters — same-day cutoff: For qualified eRecording submitters, the county lists a 9 a.m.–2 p.m. window and a 2 p.m. same-day cutoff. This does not apply to general copy requests.
